Surprise your guests with a central location and impress them by decorating in your company colours or set a theme to add to the experience. We have three options available this year.

Option 1 – only 6 available

Corporate Marquee 9m x 6m with a courtyard

Cost $13,750 (inclusive of GST)

  • Corporate Marquee accommodating 75 people – Strictly 18+
  • Entry to racecourse and tentland for 75 people.
  • Beverages served from your marquee
  • Tote facilities available
  • TV monitor, ice boxes, 10 round tables with 4 umbrellas and seating, 2 trestle tables for serving
  • Beverages served from 12pm – 5.30pm
  • A choice of full, mid and light strength beer, wines, soft drinks & pre-mix spirits (Value – $7,500)

Option 2 – only 10 available

Corporate Marquee 6m x 6m with a courtyard

Cost $10,450 (inclusive of GST)

  • Corporate Marquee accommodating 50 people – Strictly 18+
  • Entry to racecourse and tentland for 50 people.
  • Beverages served from your marquee
  • Tote facilities available
  • TV monitor, ice boxes, 10 round tables with 4 umbrellas and seating, 2 trestle tables for serving
  • Beverages served from 12pm – 5.30pm
  • A choice of full, mid and light strength beer, wines, soft drinks & pre-mix spirits (Value – $5,000)
