Booking Requirements
- Bookings for 500 people or more must be made 60 days in advance. Less than 500 people, 14 days in advance.
- Cost of security, if required, is at the expense of the hirer.
- Hire does NOT include crockery, cutlery, table clothes etc.
- All hire includes bar facilities including glassware and staff.
- Beverages; as a condition of our licence, all beverages must be purchased through KBRC.
- KBRC Members can receive a discount on function bookings.
Terms & Conditions of booking
Cancellations will be accepted with no applicable fee if made at least 8 weeks prior. At this time, a tax invoice will be issued.
50% payment is required 4 weeks prior and payment in full must be received 2 weeks prior to function.
The club reserves the right to retain all monies paid in full at this time should the event then be cancelled after the free cancellation period has expired. Beverage requirements must be confirmed at least 4 weeks prior to the function.
