The Blue Spec Room has been utilised for Birthday’s, Luncheons, Weddings and Fundraisers. Depending on the seating layout you require, this room can host up to 200 people.
- Informal cocktail style area to suit up to 200 people, or formal seating for 150 people.
- Inclusions – Dance Floor, table and chairs, trestle tables, high bars, bar facilities including glassware and staffing.
- Cleaning fee is included however anything deemed beyond reasonable will be invoiced for.
- The KBRC reserves the right to charge at cost for any damage incurred due to misuse of the facility

The Blue Spec Room has everything you need for your next event in a central location, all of the hard work is taken out of event planning with the Blue Spec Room boasting the following facilities:

- Built in sound system with microphone and AUX functions (No need to hire a DJ or sound system)
- Large toilet facilities
- Huge commercial kitchen.
- Air conditioning
- Heating
- Full bar facilities with tap beer.
- Lounge area with coffee tables
