- Ideal as a pre-dinner area for a limited time; ideal for weddings held in conjunction with other function areas
- Inclusions – limited seating, trestle tables, high bars, bar facility including glassware and staffing.
- Cleaning fee is included however anything deemed beyond reasonable will be invoiced for.
- The KBRC reserves the right to charge at cost for any damage incurred due to misuse of the facility.

Either bar is ideal as a pre-dinner drink area for a limited time ideal for weddings held in conjunction with other function area.
Inclusions – limited seating, trestle tables, high bars, bar facility including glassware and staffing – set to your specifications and cleaning.
