Front Includes: 

• Small bar area ideal for small intimate functions. 
• Ideal as a pre-dinner area for a limited time; ideal for weddings held in conjunction with other function areas 
• Inclusions – limited seating, trestle tables, high bars, bar facility including glassware and staffing. 
• Cleaning fee is included however anything deemed beyond reasonable will be invoiced for.
• The KBRC reserves the right to charge at cost for any damage incurred due to misuse of the facility. 

Back Includes: 

• Large bar area 
• TAB 
• Additional Staff 
• Projector (and screen) 
• Hire of front and back suits up to 200 people
